Kuks is a New York based ready to wear brand premiering in Spring/Summer 2012 by Argentine sisters Natalia and Luli Kuks. Its collections are feminine and romantic as apparent by the various lacings and complicated cutworks. In particular, the colorful "Nanduti" on a white one-piece dress and a hat will draw a lot of attention. "Nanduti," which means "spider's web" in the Paraguayan language of Guaraní, is a traditional embroidered lace knit by 65 - 90-year-old women.
