A soy sauce manufacturer located in Yuasa Town, Wakayama Prefecture, the birthplace of Japanese soy sauce. Its predecessor was Shinko Shoten, a Kinzanji miso store founded in 1881. Craftsmen who have inherited traditional techniques that have been around for over 800 years since the beginning of soy sauce production are aiming for even higher levels of soy sauce production in order to realize their desire to "make the world's best soy sauce."
