A Special order tote bag made in KURASHIKI HAMPU, a production center of domestic canvas.

This durable fabric, which has long been used for truck canopies and tents, is made from high-quality No. 8 canvas, which is carefully produced from the raw yarn onwards.

The top of the bag is kept simple by using the "ears" from both ends of the fabric woven on an old-fashioned shuttle loom.

It is moderately thick and has the unique texture that can only be achieved with canvas woven on a shuttle loom.

[What is canvas]
The lower the number, the thicker the fabric is used for canopies and tents, while the thinner fabric is used for clothing and bags, and generally refers to fabrics made from 100% cotton.

【Notes】
- Thread joints and weaving steps (horizontal stripes and knots) may occur.
・Small bumps or dents may form on the selvedge of the canvas.
・Color fading may occur due to sunburn, rain, sweat, or friction.
- Please note that if the color is dark, the color may fade slightly if you rub it against something wet.
・As this is a 100% cotton fabric, please be careful of shrinkage and color fading when washing.

[About washing]
- If it gets dirty, please gently dab the area with a tightly wrung soft cloth as soon as possible.
・If you are concerned about dirt, please wash the area by hand with a mild detergent. When rinsing, try rinsing by pressing without rubbing as much as possible, then adjust the shape and dry in the shade in a well-ventilated place. Please avoid the dehydrator.
・Please be aware that washing may cause shrinkage, fading, color transfer, or loss of shape.
