This notebook is made using fabric Special order ordered from Makita Shoten, a long-established textile company located at the foot of Mount Fuji in Yamanashi Prefecture that handles everything from fabric production to umbrella assembly. It features a jacquard pattern by textile designer Yumi Yoshimoto, inspired by the majestic shape of Mount Fuji. The vibrant colors and warm texture of the fabric are appealing.

Yumi Yoshimoto
A textile designer living in Yamanashi Prefecture, she has the ability to freely manipulate the impression of fabric. She creates patterns and designs that make the most of hand-drawn textures, and is involved in a wide range of projects, from planning and designing fabric products to collaborations. She has also released designs inspired by natural landscapes and textile products that utilize Gunnai Orimono, a fabric made in Yamanashi Prefecture.
