Fujio Ishimoto, who has lived and worked in Finland for a long time, has been fond of using tenugui hand towels even while living abroad.
"Tenugui" is a familiar fabric for everyday life designed by Fujio Ishimoto.

The fabric is made from a highly absorbent material called ``Kami Primer,'' which becomes even softer with use, and is made using a dyeing technique called ``Chusen,'' which has been used since the Meiji period.

“Mountain Stream” is a refreshing design with flowing brush strokes. You can feel the force of the water splashing.
“SHOKA (early summer)” has a simple design with only blue lines on exposed white.
``Suki Suki'' appears on tracing paper when I was casually moving my right hand holding a pen to draw an idea. It is an effortless and free design born from the play of hands.
``SONO'' is a design with four-petaled flowers that have been used as a motif in textiles and ceramics.
``HANAMICHI'' is designed with the image of a landscape lined with colorful flowers.
The "Camellia" design is a bold depiction of three camellias, lined with red and white camellias, giving a sense of vitality.
