This is a special reproduction of the black version of the chair that was sold in 2006 while SORI YANAGI was still alive.
The white ash wood is finished with a matte black coating that reduces sheen, highlighting the texture of the wood grain. This chair is especially popular in restaurants and other establishments, and even after it was discontinued, it has been manufactured as Special order item, boasting enduring popularity. The simple yet sophisticated design is perfect not only as a dining chair, but also in a variety of spaces.
