A smooth-touch bath towel made of a cotton, rayon, and linen blend. Made from an ancient Japanese thin fabric that is an adaptation of a mosquito net, it has a soft feel and comfort that pile materials do not have. It has excellent water absorption and quick dirt removal, and is about half the weight of a regular bath towel, making it very convenient for travel and going to the public bath.
