We use special herringbone fabric from Honma Orifu located in Kurodashocho, Nishiwaki City, Hyogo Prefecture. This fabric uses yarn-dyed warp threads.The warp threads are thick and the thick threads are made into double threads to give them strength, so the threads are strong, and there is no need for a sizing process, and a large amount of sizing agent can be removed. It is also environmentally friendly as it does not use water.
