Tobe ware is a traditional pottery made from pottery stone from Tobe, a local area in Tobe Town, Ehime Prefecture, and each Tobe Yaki is handmade by craftsmen. Composed of simple and clean straight lines, the long rectangular plate can be used as a serving plate or serving plate for a variety of dishes. It is a dish that is easy to match with any Japanese, Western, or Chinese cuisine, and will add color to your everyday dining table.
