This is a product exclusively for embroidered names. Please check the following notes before purchasing.
[Characters that can be embroidered]
Only alphabets and numbers (no symbols etc.), maximum 10 characters
*In the case of alphabets, uppercase/lowercase letters cannot be selected; the first letter is uppercase and subsequent letters are lowercase.
*A combination of numbers and letters is possible, but if numbers are used, the letter after the number will be a lowercase letter.
Example: "2023Kg" is not possible, "2023kg" is possible.
[Information about embroidery services]
・The embroidery fee is 935 yen (tax included). After adding it to your cart, the embroidery fee and shipping fee will be added to the shipping fee column, totaling 1,265 yen (tax included).
-One embroidery per order. If the product is sold as a set, both items will have the same embroidery.
-If you would like individual embroidery, please order separately.
-The embroidery area is as shown in the image. We cannot accept your request.
・After ordering,order formPlease indicate which characters you would like embroidered. If you do not receive a response within one week after placing your order, your order may be cancelled.
・We only accept credit card payments.
・We cannot accept cancellations or returns due to customer reasons. Please note.
-If the delivery address is different from the orderer's address, please register the delivery address when ordering.
・As this is a made-to-order product, we are unable to accommodate your desired delivery date and time.
