In 1968, the legendary exhibition "WORD AND IMAGE" was held at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York, bringing together world-famous artists such as Frank Stella and Andy Warhol.
TADANORI YOKOO 's work, which was created as a symbolic poster, is expressed in three dimensions using precise embroidery techniques.
The texture and thickness of the thread, which cannot be expressed through printing, breathes new life into the artwork.

Born in 1936 in Nishiwaki City, Hyogo Prefecture. After graduating from high school, he began working as a designer in Kobe, and moved to Tokyo in 1960, where he gained attention as a graphic designer and illustrator. Later, in 1980, he saw a large-scale Picasso exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art in New York, and began his full-fledged career as a painter. He uses a variety of techniques and styles to create paintings depicting a wide variety of themes, which are highly acclaimed internationally.
