BEAMS COUTURE is a brand that carefully upcycles BEAMS deadstock products and other items by carefully handcrafting them one by one, mixing them with old clothes and ribbons, and revives them into unique one-of-a-kind items.
This season, a special collaboration with <Ziploc> has been realized. While retaining the charm of <Ziploc> bags, < BEAMS COUTURE >'s unique ideas and skillful handwork have transformed <Ziploc> into wearable items. The lineup includes a total of 9 types of items, including tote bags, sacoches, aprons, and caps.

There was a time when my wallet broke and I used to stuff money and receipts into Ziploc bags I had at home.
The pink and blue lines that usually sit inside the refrigerator. When I quietly took it out, put it in my pocket, and went out on the town, I felt a little nervous.
It's not leather or nylon, and I sensed fashion in the material, which seemed too strange for a wallet whose contents were completely visible.
The more I used it, the more I grew fond of it, and wanted to put things like cards and smartphones in it, so I sewed pockets into it. Yeah, it feels good. I ended up sewing the bag. My friends around me started asking me where I could buy it.
It's been a long time since then, and I can't believe I'm able to release it to the world in an official way.
This is where the fun of fashion comes in.
