Lottery sales terms

In order to ensure smooth sales on the day, we will use a lottery system with advance entries.
If you wish to purchase this item, please check the notes below before entering.
*If the maximum number of entries is reached, a careful lottery will be held.

Regarding lottery entry

・Lottery entry period: September 11, 2021 (Saturday) 11:00 to September 13, 2021 (Monday) 23:59.

・Customers who wish to enter, please check the following information and enter the necessary information from "Lottery Entry".

・Only BEAMS CLUB members can enter the lottery. If you would like to participate in the lottery, please register in advance.

Please enter your name, e-mail address, state of residence, desired store, and BEAMS CLUB (10-digit membership number). Please choose only one of the following stores: "Beams Harajuku", "Beams Japan", "BEAMS Street Yokohama", "Beams Nagoya", "Beams Street Umeda", "BEAMS Kobe", "BEAMS Hiroshima", "Beams Fukuoka", " Hiroshima", " Hiroshima". Fukuoka" will be accepted only one of them. Please note that duplicate entries will invalidate your entry.

・If multiple entries are made using the same name or account, the entries will be invalidated regardless of the reason.

・If there is any incompleteness in the entered information, your entry may be invalidated.

・You cannot check your lottery history entries on My Page.

Regarding lottery entry results

・Only the winners will be notified by email of the winning store, time, number, sales method, etc. by 20:00 on Saturday, September 18, 2021.

・The time of your visit on the day of the event will be determined by a carefully selected lottery. Please note that we cannot accommodate your request.

・We cannot respond to inquiries regarding application status or lottery results. Please note.

・Please select the item you wish to purchase when you visit the selected store and time on Saturday, September 25th.
*Only lottery entries can be accepted using the "Lottery Entry" form.

・This entry is for speedy admission and does not guarantee the purchase of limited items. Even if you are a winner, there is a possibility that you may not be able to purchase your desired item or size due to sales conditions.

・At the time of sale, please present one of the following identification documents with a photo determined by our company. Photocopies, photos, and expired items will be invalid.

For those who do not have four types of ID with a photo, you can also present a disability certificate with a photo or a My Number card.

・If we discover that there is a discrepancy between your ID and BEAMS CLUB card member information, we will refuse the sale.

Sales terms and notes

・Limited to one purchase per color per item per person. (Purchasing different sizes is not possible)

・Reservations, reservations, back-orders, and mail-order sales are not possible.

・We do not respond to inquiries about the number of items in stock or the number of items in stock.

・We will refuse the sale if we see anyone giving or receiving money or goods, whether inside or outside the store.

・Diversion of BEAMS CLUB cards is prohibited.

-After purchase, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the customer's convenience. If the product is defective, we will not provide a replacement. Please note that we only accept returns.

・We are not responsible for any troubles between customers.

・If you do not follow the instructions and precautions of staff/personnel, you may be refused entry. You may also be asked to leave the venue.

・Due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, the event may be canceled or postponed without notice. In that case, transportation costs and accommodation costs to the venue will not be compensated. Please note.

・These terms and conditions apply only to events held by our company.
