``STAFF OF THE YEAR 2022'' is an event to determine Japan's most charismatic Reiwa store staff from store staff belonging to apparel brands (excluding head office staff such as press and EC personnel). In this competition, which started judging in April of this year, "BEAMS Ebisu" staff member Heg. won the grand prize out of 80,000 people nationwide from 1,300 brands based on online customer service sales results and public voting!
