<INDIVDUALIZED SHIRTS> STAFF Custom Order
Focusing on the staff who order <INDIVDUALIZED SHIRTS> every year. What does each person think about the appeal of the brand and the custom order that they are particular about?

About 11 years ago, I first learned about the existence of an American custom-made shirt maker, and since then, I have been placing personal orders at least once a year.
For me, INDIVIDUALIZED SHIRTS are my "indispensable companions." It goes well with sports coats and suits. < BEAMS PLUS >, which is an American-made dress shirt, has released various Special order items, but I gave up on purchasing it because it was difficult to wear the off-the-shelf size for my body type.
Instead, I thoroughly ordered the fittings and specifications that I wanted.
The fabric is reminiscent of a shirt from the 1960s, combining the best of both dress and casual wear...

We are particular about making custom orders by choosing fabrics and collars that match your current mood and image.
For me, the item I can't miss is the "Pinpoint Oxford Cross." This is a plain weave fabric with two threads aligned vertically and horizontally, and this beautiful drape is a pinpoint oxford fabric. It is densely woven with a fine count, and the thickness of the fabric is similar to poplin, and the texture is typical of regular oxfords. What's appealing about it is that when you wash it, the pile stands up and it changes over time like an oxford. Depending on how you choose the details, this fabric is suitable for both dress and casual wear.
The collar shape is inspired by the 60's. The reason I decided to make a white snap button tab collar was because I found a made-to-order shirt from the 1960s at a second-hand clothing store, learned that it was actually made to order, and couldn't get that story out of my head. is. By no means is America's golden age just about button-down shirts. The semi-wide collar of the saxophone's short point was inspired by American advertisements from the 1960s.

A classic flannel suiting style is complemented by pinpoint white oxford fabric. The collar matches the regular collar.
I combined the image source with an Ivy Leaguer from the eastern part of the United States with a British background. The collar type, ``The Traditional,'' selected from a wide variety of straight points, has supported INDIVDUALIZED SHIRTS for a long time, and the point length is just under 3 inches. It's neither too long nor too short, and the opening is really standard. In addition to button-downs, we also recommend American suiting styles with regular colors.

I've always liked wearing unwashed round collar shirts, so I've been looking for used dress shirts.
However, many of the items fit too tightly and didn't feel right...I felt uneasy. It eliminates such ambiguity and clearly reflects your preferences.
『INDIVIDUALIZED SHIRTS TRUNK SHOW』. Every time we have an order meeting, we always order at least two pieces in round colors.

` INDIVIDUALIZED SHIRTS TRUNK SHOW'' had a round color `` GOLF'' on the menu, which was exactly what I wanted. The length of the slightly small point and the height of the collar are perfect. I'm really happy to be able to create a design that I like, and I've ordered from them every time since the first event. Before I knew it, round collars, placket specifications, buttoned pockets, and center box pleats became my standard. I am satisfied that it is a good mix of British and American.
A little more about pockets. In the sophisticated Eurozone mindset, shirts = suit underwear = no pockets, but in the US, pockets are added for practicality. Furthermore, choosing the button specifications is more "uncool" and I like it. No sophistication required.
Once I had solidified my design, I wanted to try it out with different fabrics, which resulted in the variations shown in the image. ...Of course, I still have a large amount of custom-made shirts at home that are not shown in the images.

Among the various round collar shirts, I particularly like the Heritage Chambray that I ordered a few years ago, and I'm satisfied with the perfect mix of workwear fabric and a half-baked dress shirt.
By the way, I also made a French front (=no placket) version using the same material, but I haven't taken it down yet. Coordinating this shirt is a combination of work and military style, which is my standard style.

Seven and a half years ago, when I moved to BEAMS PLUS Yurakucho, INDIVIDUALIZED SHIRTS became the standard for my dress-up shirts. Although I knew that < BEAMS PLUS > carries it, I had never actually tried it. However, at first I wanted a button-down shirt that matched my neck, sleeve length, and length! I ordered it just with that thought in mind.
Everything was new to me as I was not familiar with custom orders, and I was completely immersed in the fun of ordering. It goes without saying, but we still can't stop ordering American-made shirts because they are custom-ordered, so size fitting and details can be achieved.

One of my favorite specifications is a popover button-down shirt. I often see popover-type button-down shirts at second-hand clothing stores, but since I rarely see them on the market today, I decided to make my own. The fit is tailored to suit your body, but it also has a sportier look.
The boxy body can be tucked in to create plenty of browsing, and even tucked out for a natural-looking hemline. For me, this is one of the specifications that can be enjoyed both as a dress shirt and as a sports shirt.
That's why a button-down collar is the only choice. At INDIVIDUALIZED SHIRTS, the most popular item is the University Button Down, which has a beautiful rolled collar and is my standard.

He is wearing his favorite candy-striped Oxford shirt. While imagining it as a sports shirt...
The collar and cuffs are made with cleric specifications, shell buttons, and edge stitching to create an elegant atmosphere.
This is a piece that I think you can enjoy as both a sports shirt and a dress shirt. Do you feel like adding a little bit of elegance to the V-zone of your sports coat?
Topics〈DAN RIVER〉Dead Stock Fabric

The moment I saw the fabric, I immediately grabbed it. The jacket of a certain music album from 1958 came to mind, and I wanted to make it. The collar is a button-down collar with V-stitch pockets, paying homage to the style of that jacket. I would like to pair it with charcoal gray 2-pleat trousers.

The fabric I chose is black chambray. Of course, the collar type is the round collar of "GOLF". Just like the heritage chambray worn with styling, I'm looking forward to wearing it as a workwear fabric and a halfway dress shirt. I think black chambray has a more stoic V-zone and the color goes well with the items I'm wearing, so it seems like it would be a self-satisfying outfit.

I was worried about the wide variety of colors available, but I chose a plain weave fabric made with uneven red and white yarn. It is a colored chambray-like fabric, and like blue chambray, you can expect the color to change over time. Looking back, I don't have any colored shirts on hand, so using primary colors feels even more refreshing.
