The following services are available at some stores.
① “Try-on and hold” service at stores
②“Order” service at online shop

In-store try-on/order service
At our online shop, we respond to customer feedback such as ``I don't know the size'' and ``I want to try it on before buying.'' You can now make a reservation to try it on at your preferred store. Simply select the size and color of the product you are interested in online and click the "Try On" button. We will hold the product for one week.
Mutual “order” service between stores and online

In order to alleviate the frustration of not having the product you want in stock, even if the online shop doesn't have it in stock, you can order it directly from the store and purchase it.

Even if we don't have it in stock when you visit our store, you can order it from our online shop. Furthermore, after payment is made at the store, the product will be delivered to your home.

You can check the delivery status of ordered products and the preparation status of products you have requested to try on on My Page.

- ・One person can apply for a maximum of 3 items to try on or reserve at a store.
- ・Once we have secured the product after your application, we will hold it at the store for 7 days.
- ・It may not be available due to changes in store inventory.
- -The selling price at the time of application may differ from the selling price at the store.
- ・Supported service content varies depending on the store, so please contact the target store for details.
