First time collab collection between leading pop-artist of Japan, Keiichi Tanaami and 'adidas Originals'; 'adicolor by Tanaami' is being pre-released at BEAMS T Harajuku.
Tanaami's visions and designs explore a uniqueness born out of his idiosyncratic nature and experiences in life.
His work exhibited at 'NANZUKA', Tokyo, are featured in this collection, namely on iconic 'adidas Originals' pieces like 'California T shirt' and 'Firebird Tracksuit ' that has made a come back after four years.

Keiichi Tanaami
Born in Tokyo in 1936. A multi-genre artist since the 60s, expressing through design, illustration, animation, experimental film, painting, sculpture; and is known as the vanguard of the experimental spirit of the modern artist. His work is collected by many reputable museums around the world; MoMA (US), Walker Art Center (US), The Art Institute of Chicago (US), M+ museum of visual culture (Hong Kong), Berlin State Museums (Germany), to name a few.
'I was very excited to collaborate with adidas Originals. Their logo was the core and catalyst of my creativity. Through renewing my perspectives, I think I was able to create a unique and wonderful array of wearable art with adidas Originals.'
