BULOVA opened as a jewelry store on Maiden Lane in New York in 1875. In 1960, the world's first tuning fork watch, the Accutron, was introduced. This groundbreaking wristwatch, which eliminated the balance and was powered electrically, changed the 300-year history of watches and was even adopted by NASA's space program.
