Kaiba Glass Studio/Kaiba Glass Kobou

In 1996, Koji Murayama established the studio ``Kaiba'' in Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture. He creates works using various sands from various locations, including the local Hirose River, as well as olive green "Sahara Glass" made from sand from the Sahara Desert. He is involved in a wide range of projects, including simple works that convey the fluidity of glass, as well as the planning, design, and production of sculptures.
