In August 2015, makers gathered in Odaka Ward, Minamisoma City, and a glass workshop was born in Minamisoma City's Odaka Ward, a time when the area was subject to evacuation orders due to the Great East Japan Earthquake and no residents were allowed to live there. An accessory brand was born from this workshop. It has the meaning of rainbow-colored in French, and craftsmen create accessories that emit a delicate shine in order to serve as a bridge between Fukushima's recovery and hope.
