In the early Edo period, the company began manufacturing sacred utensils in Ujiurata, Ise City, Mie Prefecture (the town in front of the Ise Grand Shrine). Although it is a long-established store with over 400 years of history, it continues to propose new styles of items, such as transforming sacred items into items that are familiar to modern people.
