Sample Kobo /Sample Koubou

Gujo Hachiman Town, Gifu Prefecture, the town of “food samples”. < Sample Kobo > opened as Japan's only food sample tourist facility, housed in a remodeled 150-year-old townhouse in Yahata Town. Inside the facility, craftsmen create realistic items every day that can be mistaken for the real thing, and are working hard to pass on and develop the local industry.
