Scye has released denim with red selvedge woven on a shuttle loom. This item is made with special attention to the sewing specifications in order to achieve a vintage look that changes over time.

■Size
The waist area is slightly fitted, with a wide silhouette that is almost straight from the extra wide thighs to the hem.

■ Material
We use several different kinds of cotton thread with different counts and colors, and sew using a Union Special sewing machine made in the U.S., which is no longer in production. By using cotton thread, the thread shrinks along with the shrinkage of the fabric, resulting in the twists and creases that are characteristic of selvedge denim.
