A faithful reproduction of a 1942 US Army jacket designed for use in mountainous areas. The material is lightweight cotton poplin, with a luxurious two-ply construction. The size is slightly larger, with the assumption that a sweater will be worn underneath. The front chest pocket is a zip pocket with a flap, and there is also a large flap pocket on the waist. In addition, the back has a large cargo pocket, which is the biggest feature. There is a shoulder strap on the inside to prevent the weight of the luggage from pulling it backwards.
