Among the many tiger patterns on Sukajan jackets, the particularly popular "Red Tiger" has finally been released as an aged model by Tailor Toyo. The crimson embroidery stands out against the black body, which has been aged to create a vintage look.

■Details
Based on a vintage piece from the mid-1950s, the single-colour design makes use of a central needle to express the tiger's body and stripes. Grey thread is used on the chest and other areas to further emphasise the three-dimensionality of the embroidery. The reversible side features an eagle about to take off from a cherry blossom tree. Multi-coloured embroidery thread is used to depict the wide-spread wings, with the outside of the wings being expressed in a darker colour and the inside in a lighter colour gradation. The cherry blossoms that stand out against the faded blue body are also striking.

The fabric has a deep texture with just the right amount of sheen. The texture of the ribs has been enhanced. The fading of the rayon thread used in the embroidery. Tailor Toyo's aging model recreates the charm of the aging of a Sukajan jacket, allowing you to enjoy a vintage-like texture right from the moment you buy it.
