Aomori Hiba stool with natural charm
Cul de Sac-JAPON, a brand of Aomori hiba stools, produces products that make use of the characteristics of Aomori hiba.
This log stool allows you to feel the great outdoors and enjoy the scent of Aomori Hiba. The seat has a slight gentle curve to make it comfortable to sit on.
Each log is different in shape and may have cracks, but please enjoy their natural shapes.
■ Product characteristics
-It has a solid wood finish to retain the natural scent of Aomori hiba.
-All of them have cracks and breaks, but please rest assured that they will not break in half.
-Cracks may spread due to drying, but please understand that this is a natural phenomenon before purchasing.
・Due to the characteristics of natural wood, holes may occasionally appear on the bottom of stools and log products. During production, the holes may be repaired with putty. Please note that this is a characteristic of natural materials.
■Precautions for use
-Oil contained in the wood may seep out from the bottom, so please use it with a layer of felt or something similar underneath.
-If you leave it in the same place for a long period of time, check occasionally to see if oil is seeping out from the bottom.
-Please note that oil and stains on the floor may be impossible to remove.
-This oil is the component that gives off the fragrance, so we have deliberately used a solid finish.
-Please note that cracks due to drying are natural phenomena.
