Based on WOOLRICH 's 1970s archive model "BERING VEST", this item has been updated with a modern fit and functionality. The shoulder angle has been adjusted to provide a comfortable fit, and hand-warming pockets, which were not present in the archive, have been added to enhance convenience. The snap buttons that do not overly emphasize the logo and the increased down volume give the item a chic and high-quality feel within its classic appearance.
The outer material is a high-density synthetic and wool woven fabric, which is difficult to produce. It is an environmentally friendly material made from a blend of recycled polyester and natural wool, and combines a natural texture with an elegant presence. In addition, it is treated with a fluorine-free water-repellent finish, making it highly functional.
The lining is made of lightweight, high-strength 20 denier recycled nylon, which is soft and flexible to wear. It also has excellent wind resistance, and is both stylish and practical.
