He studied comprehensive arts in Philadelphia, USA. After returning to Japan, he established the design firm "Swimmy Design Lab Co., Ltd." In recent years, he has presented collaborative art with some of Japan's leading animation studios. He also works without the boundaries between art and commerce, such as performing live painting at the MoMA Design Store. His unique style of painting has been highly acclaimed both in Japan and overseas.
