Elena Chien is a Los Angeles-based jewelry designer. From an early age, she learned to navigate busy markets with her Chinese grandfather and became a collector and treasure hunter. Her hobby is traveling around the world, and she has gone to markets in various countries to collect textiles, beads, amulets, and processed goods.
