Leather produced from the rich nature of Hyogo Prefecture accounts for approximately 80% of domestic leather, and its quality and functionality are highly praised both domestically and internationally.
HYOGO LEATHER is delivered to you as a diverse range of leather produced by numerous tanneries and tanners with time-honoured craftsmanship in the Hyogo area, the "holy land of leather". Each tannery is produced in their own area of expertise.
The director of Calling BEAMS CRAFTS IN THE MAKING personally visited the tannery to develop the materials and then incorporate them into the products.
This is a unisex collection that brings out the best in leather and is suited to modern lifestyles.
This is a new approach to items that fully expresses the charm of leather and the craftsmanship of HYOGO LEATHER's tanners, who can make anything with leather.
『Calling BEAMS CRAFTS IN THE MAKING』
In order to protect the many cultures that make things that should be preserved for future generations, this project sublimates them into fashion through the filter of BEAMS.
We will create something new from various manufacturing sites and encounters with people.
*Due to the characteristics of the leather material, there may be scratches, streaks, partial color differences, and dents that are unique to genuine leather. In addition, it may lose its shape, tear, or lose color due to water or friction.
