Double-tube down jacket
■ Design
This first-ever KENNETH FIELD down jacket is based on the down jackets issued to the French mountain troops in the 1950s and 1960s. The outer fabric is a reproduction of the US military M-65 jacket from the early 1980s, while the lining is a reproduction of the US military ripstop fabric from the late 1970s.
■Details
Its greatest feature is the "double tube construction" that combines down packs on the front and back and offsets the stitching to enhance warmth. The front features two rows of dot buttons, allowing you to adjust the width depending on the amount of innerwear you're wearing. The buttons are reinforced with grosgrain tape in the same color. The hood is detachable, and the cuffs are adjustable with dot buttons, allowing you to wear it over a sports coat.

The down used is 700 fill power French white duck down (90% down, 10% feathers). The flap pocket on the front is perfect for storing gloves, and the inner pocket is the perfect size for storing a smartphone.
