■ Design
Special order Moonlight Pants are a collaboration between KAPTAIN SUNSHINE and BEAMS PLUS. The design is based on archive pieces from this leading East Coast American outdoor brand. Named "Moonlight," after the archive's color, the pants feature a chic patchwork design in sophisticated colors.

■Details
These pants are based on the so-called "baker pants" design. They feature large L-shaped pockets on the front and patch and flap-style hip pockets on the back. A drawstring at the waist allows for adjustable fit, similar to easy pants. The front features an authentic button fly closure.

■Size
These wide-leg straight-leg trousers feature a relaxed, wide silhouette inspired by the original design. The relaxed pattern allows for a comfortable fit that pairs well with a wide range of tops.

■ Material
All eight types of fabric that make up the patchwork are original fabrics from the brand.

[A] Weathercloth woven from fine-count cotton and silk at ultra-high density. A three-season material with a firm, crisp feel due to the fabric washing process, and the luster and smooth texture unique to silk.

[B] Cotton-nylon twill woven at ultra-high density using cotton for the warp threads and nylon for the weft threads. Water-repellent finish for enhanced practicality.

[C] 100% silk gabardine woven with high-quality BRATAC silk filament yarn and silk spun yarn at high density. A unique smooth texture, moderate firmness and body, and a subtle sheen are achieved through washing and a light napping process.

[D] An ultra-high-density weathercloth woven with high-quality silk filament yarn and polyester double yarn. It has a lustrous sheen from the multiple strands of twisted raw silk yarn, and a high-quality firmness and resilience.

[E] A cotton baggy satin woven with ultra-high density using 3-ply twisted Egyptian extra-long staple cotton (FINX). Features a subtle color fade from garment washing, and the luster and smooth texture unique to extra-long staple cotton.

[G] A wool poplin cloth woven with high-density fine-count yarn made from high-quality wool raw material (Super 180's). It has a thin, smooth texture without a lining and is washable for home laundering.

[H] Original indigo-dyed yarn blended with Suvin cotton and hemp. A work material that can be enjoyed for its aging process, woven at high density on an old-fashioned shuttle loom while incorporating air.
