A classic < BEAMS PLUS > Madras check button-down shirt that symbolizes the spring/summer season. A design with a presence that uses panels with different patterns.

■Details
The side stitches are narrow (3mm) lock stitches, and the overall number of stitches (3cm intervals) is set to 18 in consideration of balance.
All processes are completed by skilled craftsmen at a factory in Japan, and the + mark on the hem on both sides is a key accent that is typical of BEAMS PLUS.

■Size
The pattern is based on American button-down shirts produced in the 1960s. It is a basic and timeless standard pattern. A highly versatile silhouette that can be used both on and off.

■ Material
Uses traditional Madras check woven in the southeastern region of India (now Chennai). The fabric is hand-dyed, then woven and dried in the sun, giving it the lightness that only Indian cotton can offer.
