Compatible tape type: Type I
*CP13 does not have the function to distinguish the type of tape or to assign the playback equalizer specified by the standard for each type, so it always applies the Type I playback equalizer. Therefore, if you play a non-compatible Type II/III/IV tape, it will not play properly. Playing a non-compatible tape will not damage the CP13 unit or the tape.

Compatible tape length: 60 minutes or less
*Tapes used for more than 60 minutes are very thin and stretch easily, so there is a risk of them getting caught in the mechanism. Please be aware that if you use a tape for more than 60 minutes and it gets damaged due to being caught in the mechanism, it will not be covered by the warranty.
