An art show will be held at "BEAMS T Harajuku" to exhibit and sell works by UENO KOSEI, a hot artist who started his career as a painter and illustrator in 2022 after playing bassist in the rock bands "Yogee New Waves" and "Jappers".

Additionally, as the brand’s first collaboration item with BEAMS T, five items will be released, including a long-sleeved T-shirt, sweatshirt, hoodie, wall clock, and plate, all featuring UENO KOSEI’s new artwork, which depicts scenes from a unique worldview.

I feel that creating art is like reexamining myself. For me, this requires a lot of passion, but it is also stimulating and enjoyable. It has been almost three years since I started painting, and in what may seem a short but actually rather long period of time, I have come to feel this strongly once again. It is not a particularly good timing, but this time I will be exhibiting the acrylic paintings that have been my main focus of exhibitions up until now, pen drawings that I am making for the first time in a while, new works using media other than canvas as a new attempt, as well as my archives, in an exhibition that will redefine my artistry and the essential joy of creating from various angles. @ueno1010
