This piece is based on the Ringer Tee, which was popular in America in the 80's, and has been resized and updated with a distressed finish.

A chambray fabric with a beady pattern is mixed with highly stretchable ester thread to create a cut-and-sew fabric.

“FACCIES” was launched in 2017 by designer Makoto Kimura.
Based on the concept of Faccia [Face] + es [Subconsciousness/Essence] = Faccies [Essence of appearance], we pursue the essence of human beings who unconsciously desire. Understanding and deconstructing the past (thrift stores, commercial clothes, ethnic costumes and culture of that era, etc.). Reconstruction from the current (size, material selection, specifications, gimmicks, styling, etc.). Expressing a new world line that goes back and forth between the past and the present.
