Elijah Anderson
A visual artist, illustrator, and musician based in Brooklyn, New York. A drummer and music lover, his work is rooted in the fluidity, improvisation, and stream of consciousness of rhythm, characterized by dynamic illustrations, prints, and diverse studio practices. Drawing inspiration from rubberhorse-style animation, mid-century illustration, and the fusion of city and nature, his expressions possess a light and humorous touch that stimulates the senses. His understanding of color, balance, space, and free expression is cultivated from his passions for graffiti, surfing, skateboarding, and music. He has been featured in publications such as Popeye Magazine and has collaborated with Adidas and Beams T. He held his first solo exhibition at Whim sy Works in Taiwan.
