Tokyo-based graphic designer and artist SHINKNOWNSUKE will be holding an art show at BEAMS T Harajuku from Friday, September 26th. The exhibition, titled "EIRN," attempts to embody the formless sense of discomfort and subtle misalignment felt when we pause in our daily lives, as well as the emotional fluctuations that arise from them, through a multi-layered expression of objects, graphics, and layers. SHINKNOWNSUKE's unique interpretation expresses the beauty of the feeling of not understanding something, and the value hidden in incomprehensibility.

In addition to exhibiting and selling new artworks, the venue will also feature apparel items incorporating the artwork. Five items will be available, including crew neck sweatshirts, hoodies, and tote bags, as well as seven stationery items in collaboration with Penco®, including desk clocks and tape holders, which will brighten up your desk. This luxurious 18.7 oz heavyweight sweatshirt is made from open-end (air-spun) American cotton yarn, a staple of Made in USA products. The air trapped between the fibers creates a plump, voluminous feel, while the firm texture maintains a chunky silhouette. To address the stiffness of fleece, a drawback of heavyweight sweatshirts, the backing yarn has been slightly brushed. This creates just the right amount of softness and volume, resulting in a texture that even sweatshirt enthusiasts will appreciate.
