For this collection, the fabric was carefully woven from scratch in Bishu, one of Japan's leading woolen textile producing regions. The Bishu region, centered around Ichinomiya City in Aichi Prefecture, is blessed with the abundant waters of the Kiso River and unique natural environment, and has long developed as Japan's leading woolen textile producing region. Today, it is known as one of the world's three major woolen textile producing regions, alongside Huddersfield in the UK and Biella in Italy.

The "division of labor and collaboration" system, which involves consistent production within the region through many processes from yarn to fabric, has enabled the inheritance of advanced techniques and knowledge over many years. This production background, in which the entire Bishu region can be considered one large workshop, produces high-quality products that are trusted by high-end brands both in Japan and abroad.

Skilled craftsmen carefully sew the finest fabrics together to create special items that perfectly combine traditional Japanese techniques with modern design.

The iconic silver buttons on the front continue to be made by Bill Wall Leather in the US. This double-name item is packed with Japanese craftsmanship and the spirit of Bill Wall Leather.
