This dried sweet potato is made with aged "Beni Haruka" sweet potato from Kagoshima.
This moist "Beni Haruka" chocolate, which has become sweeter with age, is recommended for children and the elderly.
It can be enjoyed as is, or lightly grilled for a delicious taste.

Minamihashi Shoji
We produce, process, and sell sweet potatoes, primarily Beniharuka, on the Shirasu Plateau in Kanoya City, Kagoshima Prefecture. Thanks to the warm climate and thorough techniques, from soil preparation to ripening, we provide safe, high-quality sweet potatoes. Our quality is recognized overseas, with our products exported to Southeast Asia and North America. We also use our accumulated know-how to provide guidance to contract farmers, contributing to the revitalization of the local economy. Drawing on our president's own experience of growing up from scratch, we have created an environment where young employees can grow, and we are also committed to nurturing the next generation of agricultural producers. Through sweet potato cultivation, we are a company that aims to expand the possibilities of agriculture and contribute to the local community.
