The archive model "Palermo" was produced from 1981 to 1982 and quickly became a staple among spectators on the terraces of soccer stadiums.

It was originally released as one of Puma's special shoes that paid homage to famous European capitals such as London and Oslo.
Like the original, it features the PUMA Cat Logo on the heel, gold signature tag, T-shaped toe construction and classic gum sole, while this version features a leather base with suede formstrips and overlays.
