The creators' passion for blending the digital age with late 20th century print culture is evident in the contributions, with "place" and a certain eclectic pop sensibility acting as umbrellas. The issue also manifests a sort of Orwellian animal revolt, with anthropomorphic animals perhaps standing in for absent stars and celebrities.
