When weaving a loose weave, the threads are prone to breaking, so they may use a blend of nylon and wool for reinforcement. The weave diagram, which is also the brand name, looks like an hourglass.

The threads running horizontally like Morse code are made of two types of thread: a loosely twisted, fluffy thread and a tightly twisted, tightly packed thread.
Wool with different properties expands differently when it is put into water in the final process, resulting in an uneven appearance.

A three-colored weave with a mysterious pattern of rectangles stacked diagonally.
The organizational chart is simple, but the design is ingenious, with the arrangement of threads and so on.
It's interesting that it looks like a slightly irregular check pattern when viewed from the back. It was woven slowly on a shuttle loom, giving it a soft texture.

[matsuribayashi NV] 72% wool, 28% acrylic
This tweed looks like a collection of dots from the front, but looks like a string of stars from the back.
The orange and yellow yarns are made from acrylic-blend wool, giving them a vibrant color.
Because the fabric has a lot of jumps and the quality of the thread affects how it stretches and shrinks, adjustments are made repeatedly on the loom to ensure there are no problems.
