This 7-inch dyed plate was Special order ordered from Sakamoto Koji Kiln, based on the image of the earliest archive materials exhibited at the ONTAYAKI Pottery Museum, run by Hita City, Oita Prefecture.

The colors and designs are beautiful, made possible by techniques unique to handcrafting. The simple form and size make it easy to use in everyday life. It is an item that will brighten up your dining table.

[Precautions when using pottery]
Before using it for the first time, we recommend sealing it (soak it in rice water or flour dissolved in water overnight).Also, before serving food, pass it through water before use. It prevents odor and oil from sticking. After washing the utensils, please dry them before storing them.
