Kodomo BEAMS requested SOUTH2 WEST8, an outdoor brand themed around tenkara fishing in the vast land of Hokkaido, to create a spring/summer kids' collection.
A dress incorporating details from an outdoor vest. It features three-dimensional pockets with tucks and darts, typical of SOUTH2 WEST8, and lines on the sides, just like the shorts, giving it a masculine feel and a not-too-sweet look. Reflective print on the pockets. It can also be worn as a gilet by opening all the snap buttons. Just like the vest and shorts, it is made of lightweight ripstop material. This is a recommended item for active kids who want to outfit in the great outdoors.
