A reinterpretation of the fisherman's shirt traditionally worn by fishermen in Nazare, Portugal. While retaining the original details such as the biasing of the vertical switching part, we have reduced the number of buttons attached to the placket that serve as extra buttons, and have reconsidered the balance of the attachment position, allowing it to be worn with the buttons open or closed. Redesigned for ease of use. It has been updated to a yarn-dyed check corduroy material to make it easier to wear around town, and the corduroy ridges on the check give it a three-dimensional feel and the pattern sinks in just the right amount, making it easy to wear. This fabric has a warm feel that is unique to corduroy, making it suitable for the fall and winter seasons. It is sure to be a hit in the upcoming fall/winter season.
