[About Ozaki doll]
Ozaki dolls are pottery dolls that have been passed down in the Ozaki Nishibun district of Kanzaki-cho, Saga Prefecture, and are the oldest and most traditional ceramics in Saga Prefecture. It is a traditional toy from Saga that gives you the feeling of the warmth of the earth, and the simple sound of the flute has a melancholy feel to it, and is still widely loved today. Currently, each piece is carefully made by the only artist, Mr. Takayasu of the Ozaki Doll Preservation Society.

[Staff review]
staff:Ozawa AzusaSize: Although it is gold in color, it is small, so it fits perfectly anywhere you place it! (lol)
Material feel: I love the form that gives you the warmth of handmade work.
Point: These two will bring you good luck just by placing them at your front door. This is my personal favorite local toy.
■Masahiro Takayasu (Ozaki Doll Preservation Society)
Takayanagi is currently the only inheritor of the Ozaki doll. He is one of the few people who knew about the time when the Ozaki area was known as a pottery village, making roof tiles and braziers.
Even young people enjoy our dolls, which still have a pop feel while respecting the traditional colors of the past.
