Product description
Turn your favorite motif into a hanging scroll!
This is a one-of-a-kind work by Mr. Kazumiida, with a hand-painted picture of a lion and a woman on a hanging scroll. Mr. Katz's specialty, the lion, is vividly drawn. The hanging scroll adds a modern look and is a fresh piece.

■Kads MIIDA
An artist who creates works full of vitality based on the theme of "being free and being a part of nature."
Born in Kyoto in 1964, started working in Tokyo in the 1980s.
``ART TRIP with Kads'' The works born from his travel experiences are not limited to paintings, but include product works such as apparel and household goods, store interiors, logo designs, live paintings, picture books, and a wide range of other creative activities.
Since the 2011 earthquake, I have turned my attention to Japan, instead of focusing on other countries, and have been traveling all over Japan.
Together with the people I met in various places, I strive to create works that convey messages for the future. We also focus on collaboration with craftsmen of traditional Japanese crafts such as lacquer work and indigo dyeing.
In addition, the ceiling paintings inside the BEAMS JAPAN store, which have a Made in Japan theme, incorporate ancient Japanese motifs and techniques such as dragons, wind gods, thunder gods, and phoenixes. He continues to expand his range of expression.

■Kads MIIDA
Born in Kyoto in 1964, and currently residing in Tokyo, Kads MIIDA is both a central figure of the current Reggae Art movement in Japan, as well as a pioneer of Live Painting in the Reggae scene. Over the last 20 years, he has continued to create works while feeling a strong passion for Reggae music. Kads MIIDA began to get involved with Reggae Music in the latter half of the 80s. While working in a graphic design job in Tokyo during his college years, Reggae Music began to influence his works. In particular, it can be said that Rebel Culture, the base of Reggae Music, has helped to guide his works' artistic style.

Key points: This piece will give you new inspiration by combining the Japanese taste of hanging scrolls with Kads's signature lion illustrations. The size is also quite large, so it makes a big impact.
