This book was created on the assumption that an animation called "Elevation" exists. It is a collection of setting materials that includes character designs and sometimes aimlessly drawn drawings. This is a collection of setting materials for the short animation "Virtual Century Elevation" created by Kenichiro Mizuno.
"I was born and raised in a virtual simulation system for the Skyladder Project, a high-rise shelter construction project that connects to space that my father is involved in developing. I am frightened of the outside world polluted by Crystal Pink. All of my memories were implanted by an extraterrestrial entity!?"
The size, number of pages, paper quality, etc. are based on the format of the industry setting materials collection for the TV anime that I was obsessed with when I was in middle and high school (although I've also filled in some parts from memory).

Born in Gifu Prefecture in 1967. Dropped out of the Department of Social Development Systems Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Tottori University. Graduated from Setsu Mode Seminar. Based in Tokyo, he is widely active as an artist, creating illustrations and paintings that evoke dreams and fantasies.
