Born in Osaka in 1971. Graduated from Momoyama Gakuin University, Faculty of Economics. Shortly after graduating from university (at the age of 23), he began taking photographs of people on the streets of Osaka with a 35mm camera. Received the 33rd Junior Taiyo Award for ``ON THE STREET, OSAKA'' (1996). In addition, many photo exhibitions are held. His main photo books include ``Blue Water'' (Wise Publishing), ``Capella'' (MATCH and Company), and ``SUNDAY HARAJUKU'' (Omoplata).
